You will need a User ID and PIN to access any of the My Account services, place holds on material that is currently out of the library or to use ILL services.
Your user ID is your student or staff number, or if you were issued a separate library card, your library card number. The PIN is randomly generated. It is reviewed with patrons each year when they register for library privileges. Additional User ID and PIN help is available at the Circulation Desk, 905.721.3082, during regular library hours.
