Printer setup in the library for Mac OS

Do the following to add the printer on Mac OS:

1. Click on the 'Printer Setup Utility' icon

In 'Printer List' window that appears

2. Click on 'Add'

In the window that appears

3. Enter the 'Printer Address' as OSFP01 and the 'Queue Name'

 

  • for printer on floor 1 as ACPLIB136X01DCOLI
  • for classroom printer as ACPLIB132X01DCOLI
  • For printer on floor 2 as ACPLIB218X01DCOLI
  • For printer on floor 3 as ACPLIB322X01DCOLI

 

4. Select the 'Printer Model' as Xerox and the 'Model Name' as Phaser 5500

5. Click on 'Add' button

The printer will show up in 'Printer List' window
