4. Apart from the President, all appointments to the Board of Governors are made by the Council of Regents. The Council selects twelve (12) external members from suitable nominees received from the Board and other sources.
The Council appoints four (4) internal members who are elected by their constituent groups at the College. These members are:
one(1) from the Academic Staff
one(1) from the Support Staff
one(1) from the Administrative Staff
one(1) from the Student Body
