PLANNING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
(TWO YEAR CONTRACT)
Salary Range $ 65,000 - $75,000
Durham College is seeking a proven leader with excellent organizational and administrative skills to join a team of dynamic professionals dedicated to promoting student success and providing quality, market-driven and innovative programs. Reporting to the Dean, School of Health and Community Services this administrative position is responsible for providing leadership in the planning and completion of multi-school projects. He or she will have a demonstrated commitment to Durham College's mission and values and will bring to this position a track record of consultation and respect for all team members.
The Planning & Project Management Consultant will work collaboratively with the Dean to manage program growth for the School of Health & Community Services and develop a 5 year business/strategic plan for the School of Health & Community Services.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. He or she will have experience in project management, experience in budget forecasting and enrolment management. The incumbent will be proficient in Microsoft office applications and Vertabase software.
The successful candidate will have leadership and administrative skills with a proven capacity to attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, set goals and achieve objectives and cope with a demanding workload while remaining calm and focused under pressure. He or she will have the ability to manage conflict while maintaining positive relationships.
In addition to having a clear understanding of post secondary and Health and Community services programming, the incumbent will have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team leaders to facilitate the strategic growth and development of their areas of expertise. He or she must have in depth knowledge of the College system and have a passionate commitment to staff and student success.
