Durham College is committed to the personal, professional and career development of its staff. The Individual Development Plan offers an opportunity to analyze and plan for your own professional development needs. Employees will review their Individual Development Plans with their supervisor, usually as part of the performance review follow up. The IDP will assist the manager and Human Resources in the planning and funding of professional development activities.
