Administrative Coordinators

The Administrative Coordinator provides an extensive variety of administrative services to faculty, support staff and the Dean/Associate Dean.  This person provides overall leadership to the support staff in the administration of the day-to-day operations within the school.  The role encompasses developing, initiating, and maintaining information tracking systems such as student records; co-ordinating meetings and special events; counselling students; identifying process problems; initiating and maintaining new processes; and maintaining confidential records.  The Administrative Coordinator oversees the maintenance and setup of electronic communication systems for student communications and is responsible for the accuracy of schedules by liasing with the Dean/Associate Dean and Central Scheduling.  This person is also responsible for communication and documentation related to other departments within the college that serve to meet the needs of their particular school.
