The standard workloadform (SWF) is detailed in Article 11 of the Academic Collective Agreement. The SWF is used in assigning faculty workload and takes into account teaching contact hours, preparation, evaluation and complementary functions. As a full-time faculty member, you will meet with your dean to discuss proposed workload for the coming semester and you will subsequently receive a copy of your SWF six weeks prior to the beginning of the teaching assignment.
