You will receive in your mailbox, located in your School Office, a photocopy of your class list (often referred to as class roster) before your first class. If you wish to download an electronic class list from Banner (the student database) to an Excel spreadsheet, please find the online instructions in the MyCampus Overview for Staff and Faculty booklet.
The spreadsheet can be used for tracking attendance or for recording your students' marks.
Continuing Education
Class lists are printed the day of the class start date. Any students who register on the day of the class may not be on the class list. Students not listed on the class list must either show their registration receipt, or report to the Registrar's Office for verification of enrolment. Instructors receive an official class list and a class attendance list. The official class list will have both the students' identification numbers and telephone contact information. Updated class lists are printed for the third week of classes to reflect additions and deletions. Please be sure to pick these up from the office prior to your class. Only students whose names are on the final official class list will receive a grade report.
