Registration and Records

The Registration and Records (R & R) team is responsible foraccurately processing and recording all activity related to the administrationof the student record, from registration to graduation.

Adhering to College academic policy, R & R processes:

  • post-secondary, continuing education, appreniceship and special event registrations and fee payments;
  • course credit applications;
  • course and program changes or withdrawals and resulting refunds; and
  • name and address changes.
and produces:
  • invoices;
  • transcripts;
  • diplomas and certificates;
  • 3rd party correspondence, forms; and
  • T2202A (tax receipts).

R & R liaises with the academic areas to establish sessionaland deadline dates for academic activity and coordinates with IT to communicatethe information to students.

R & R also conducts the graduation audit, verifying thatprogram requirements are successfully completed for each potential graduate,and coordinates the convocation ceremonies.
