To ensure that IT network news and status information are available at all times to all users, you can also access the ITS Web site. This status report is updated daily, as well as throughout the day if necessary, indicating any IT issues that affect access to services.
We are pleased to announce improvements to our Support Desk Services. As part of our continuing efforts to improve the quality and delivery of service to our customers, we have amalgamated the customer facing portion of our support desk services for IT support. This amalgamation has brought together the customer interface to various IT Support Desks: Staff and Faculty, Mobile Computing, AV Services and Students. This amalgamation affects all campus locations for Durham College.
