Logistics

Logistical Support Services reports to the Director of Facilities/Operations and is responsible for the following:

  • Assembly, modification, installation, transportation and preventative maintenance of furniture systems throughout the facility
  • Produces and provides layouts, drawings and office designs for new installations and modifications
  • Coordinates and carries out logistical activities related to Conference Centre events and requests via the Facilities Helpdesk
  • Maintains an inventory of classroom and office furniture and transports sundry items between campuses and other locations as required
