Logistical Support Services reports to the Director of Facilities/Operations and is responsible for the following:

Assembly, modification, installation, transportation and preventative maintenance of furniture systems throughout the facility

Produces and provides layouts, drawings and office designs for new installations and modifications

Coordinates and carries out logistical activities related to Conference Centre events and requests via the Facilities Helpdesk

Maintains an inventory of classroom and office furniture and transports sundry items between campuses and other locations as required
