Payroll

Payroll dates are determined by full-time or part-time status.

Full-time faculty employees
- the pay date is on the second last working day of the month by direct deposit. These employees are paid for the month worked.

Full-time support staff - are paid on a bi-weekly cycle, every other Thursday by direct deposit.  If this date lands on a bank holiday, the pay date is then the business day prior to the bank holiday.

Administrative staff - are paid monthly on the second last working day of the month by direct deposit.

Part-time support staff and student help - are paid bi-weekly, every other Friday by direct deposit.  This also will move to the business day prior to a Friday that is a bank holiday.

Part-time and contract faculty employees - the pay date is the 10th of the month following the month hours have been worked. For example, a faculty member who works June 7 to June 23 will be paid for time worked on July 10. If the 10th lands on a bank holiday, the pay date becomes the next business day. Direct deposit is recommended for contract and part-time employees as well.

All payroll stubs for full-time employees are distributed through inter-office mail to each school or department or they are sent by regular mail.
