Performance Appraisal
On a regular basis,
an employee will have written reviews and discussions of performance and
job-related behaviour conducted by his/her supervisor. At the
supervisor's or individual's discretion, written reviews may be undertaken more
frequently. Under all circumstances, an employee will have an opportunity to
comment in writing on any part of the evaluation covered by the supervisor.
Performance review supports the ongoing growth and development of the
employee. The preparation of an
individual development plan detailing the employee's professional development
goals is part of the review process.
