The Registrar is accountable for the design, development and management of the college's student registration policies, procedures and services and for the interpretation and implementation of Ministry and college policies and guidelines regarding admissions, enrolment, fee structure and funding for post-secondary, Continuing Education and Apprenticeship programs. The Registrar is also responsible for the planning and execution of spring and fall convocation exercises.
The Office of the Registrar has offices at the Oshawa and Whitby campuses and is composed of two areas: Admissions and Recruitment and Registration and Records.
