This role was created to work closely with colleagues on the Durham College Leadership Team and across the college on a number of key initiatives of the Success Matters Strategic Plan, including:

  • Planning the capital needs of our academic initiatives;
  • Developing a costing model for our programs that will assist in strategic enrolment management;
  • Developing a revenue plan, including maximizing current revenues and new entrepreneurial activities;
  • Improvement of processes for managing the budget cycle;
  • Project Lead for the Program Quality Assurance Process Audit (PQAPA).
