As a new Administrative Staff member there are a number of items that we believe are important for you to know about in order to assist you in becoming comfortable in your new position here at Durham College.

The goals of this orientation website are to:

  • Provide a standardized orientation for new staff members
  • Facilitate the smooth integration of new staff to the college
  • Reinforce commitment to our staff

To assist in your transition as a Durham College employee we have developed an orientation comprised of the three components:

  1. Departmental Orientation
  2. Employee Orientation (Applicable to those on a contract of 6+ months)
  3. Orientation Checklist (Applicable to those on a contract of 6+ months)
