The first few walks will be lead by a representative from the Region of Durham Health Department. Following those dates, employees are encouraged to continue the walking program with colleagues.
Please note: It is recommended you wear appropriate shoes, apply sunscreen 15 minutes prior to the walk and bring a bottle of water.
