Walking Group

Wellness Matters Walking Group

Durham College faculty and staff interested in getting a good regular workout are invited to join the Wellness Matters Walking Group.  This is a convenient and inexpensive way to exercise!  Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate shoes and bring a bottle of water for the estimated 30-minute route which includes going up and down stairs.  Don't forget your sunscreen! If it is raining we will walk indoors.
