Class Descriptions:

Kickboxing : Intervals of cardio and muscle conditioning drills to firm you up and slim you down. You will be using punches, kicking, and other athletic drills to improving your day. It is guaranteed to put some punch into your life.

Abs & Back: This class focuses on strength your abs & back muscle to help with great posture. The class may incorporate resistance tubing and/or stability balls

Stability Ball: A workout focusing on muscle strengthens which incorporate such apparatus as hand weight, athletic drills and stability ball.

Step: This class is a cardio-based choreographed workout using a portable platform of variable heights. The step is straightforward and easy to follow.

Spin: A cardiovascular and anaerobic workout on stationary Tomahawk S Series bike simulating hills and valleys, with timed athletic drills. A bottle of water is mandatory and a personal towel is highly recommended. Come ready to ride! ( Limited Space)

Personal Trainers

APPOINTMENTS

All personal training services must be paid for at the Campus recreation and wellness centre front office. Once payment is received, a personal trainer will contact you within three business days to schedule an appointment. Clients must complete a lifestyle questionnaire and Par-Q. If client answer "yes" to any question on Par-Q, a medical clearance (Par Med-X) is required before the appointment can occur.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice and/or show up for a schedule appointment will result in the forfeiture of the appointment.
