The Campus Bookstore has three retail outlets that serve our campus community. One is located at the Oshawa Campus in the Gordon Willey Building, as well as one in the Science Building. There is also a bookstore at the Whitby Skills Training Centre, adjacent to the main entrance. Items you will find in the bookstores include: course textbooks, stationery supplies, software, clothing, giftware and snacks.
The Campus Bookstore is located in the Gordon Willey Building Room A125.
Bookstore hours are Monday to Thursday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Bookstore hours may vary during holiday and summer periods. Please check the bookstore website for up-to-date information, or contact the store at 905.721.3026 to confirm hours.
The UA Bookstore is located in the Science Building west of the east atrium.
The UA Bookstore hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday from October to April. The UA bookstore is closed from May to September.
The Whitby Bookstore is located at the main entrance of the campus Room 130.
Bookstore hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed from 10:30 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 2 p.m. for lunch.

E-commerce - Ordering books online
All textbooks can be ordered online using our e-commerce bookware3000 system. Simply click the link below and you can search by course or by author, title etc. Once your order is complete you will have the option to pick up the books on campus or have the books shipped to you. Please note pick-up orders are not available in Whitby. Orders are usually received in one to four business days from time of order. Students must show ID to pick up book orders.

Clothing is ordered four times per year to maintain sufficient stock levels as well as to keep up with current clothing trends. Jackets

Back to topA variety of giftware items are available in the Campus Bookstore. Items with the Durham College logo such as watches, pens, key chains and mugs are available. You will also find miscellaneous gift items, an assortment of greeting cards, gift wrap and ribbon to meet all your gift giving needs.
Rings
The Campus Bookstore offers Durham College school rings for sale throughout the year. We also offer special Ring Days three to four times per year. At that time, rings are available for purchase through Josten's from special kiosks set up in both the university and college buildings. On these special Ring Days students can view actual samples and place their orders. All orders require a $60 deposit with the balance paid when the ring is delivered.

We will exchange items that are deemed defective.
No returns allowed during exam periods or in-class tests.
Much of our textbook return policy is dictated by policies of the textbook publishers. If one of these policies is affecting your return and is beyond our control, we will happily provide you with the publisher's phone number.
In an attempt to maintain low costs, all items in the bookstore are security tagged when they are received. Once purchased, the security tag will be deactivated. Bags of any sort including backpacks and laptop bags are not allowed in the store at any time. All bags must be left on the shelving provided at the front of the store.
