Welcome to the Americas Campus of Durham College!

The mission of the Americas campus is to provide a challenging, academically driven set of programs equivalent to an educational experience in Canada.

The faculty and staff are a mix of Canadian and Panamanian backgrounds, bringing with them a wealth of expertise in teaching and applied research.

The programming choices for the campus are reflective of local training and educational demands, including:

• Customized training for corporate, non-governmental and governmental clientele;
• Language training for clientele, upon request;
• Applied Science programming, with a focus on hands-on learning in lab environments; and
• A host of custom programs for management and executive-level learners.

The overall focus of the campus is in three distinct and interconnected areas:

• To deliver high-quality academic programming in a wide range of areas;
• To develop and execute customized training that suits the needs of local employers; and
• To provide regional learning opportunities and seminars on a variety of topics that will economically and socially assist in the development of the region.
