Furthermore, the goal of the OIBD is to work collaboratively with the Durham College academic leadership and entrepreneurial units to create sustainable international entities and projects that support the college's strategic goals, while ensuring academic and business integrity in all decisions and initiatives.
In working internationally, the OIBD is focused on partnerships that are reflective of academic excellence, responsive to local and regional needs, and delivering learning products that are of high international standards.
As an entrepreneurial area of Durham College,the OIBD is consistently seeking out new opportunities for both public and private sector partnerships and remains committed to providing superior customer service to international students, instructors, employers and partners.
Durham College's international strategy is centralized in four main service areas: the Americas,India, the Gulf, and China.Through active partnerships in these regions the OIBD is delivering a number of different programs to various clients, including students, corporations and government agencies.
