New students:

Please present your current Timetable or proof of registration, and one piece of Gov't produced photo ID* to the ID Clerk.
*Identification Forms are available if you do not possess a positive form of ID such as a; Driver's Licence, Passport, 2007/2008 Durham College or BYID card.
Returning students: present your 2007-08 ID card for validation. Failure to present your 2007-08 ID card will result in a $5. reprint fee.
Current Staff: please present your 2007-08 ID card for validation.

Card Charges:

All payments for reprints ($10 per card, $2 per badge) or Non Postsecondary program ID Cards ($10), Continuous Learning ($10) must be prepaid in Accounting (south wing). Please present your receipt to the ID Clerk.

New staff:

Please present one piece of Gov't produced photo ID, such as your Driver's Licence, Passport, or Citizenship card, and proof of employment (timetable, contract or access/prox form).
