Lost or stolen cards

Check first at the Lost & Found at the main reception desk, Gordon Willey Building, next to the Security Desk.

Important: If you are a Meal Plan subscriber, it is imperative that you report this to the Chartwells office so that your account may be de-activated. Others will have access to your account balance until your account has been suspended. This is also why it is important to never loan your card to anyone. You are also not allowed to purchase meals for other students.

Replacement Cards

There is a $10 replacement fee that must be paid in the Accounting Office, SW116 . Take your receipt to the ID Office, G1004, to have your card reprinted. Clinical or student employment Badges will be replaced for a $2 fee.

Meal Plan subscribers must take their new card to the nearest Chartwells Office to update the account.
