A student who owes money or equipment to the college, i.e. outstanding tuition, library books, parking fees, leased equipment such as laptop computers, etc., must clear the outstanding debt or return the equipment before being allowed to register for subsequent semesters. The college will not produce official documents such as grade reports, transcripts, certificates/diplomas until the debt is cleared.
