Your first year at college is a time of excitement, anticipation and transition. It is during this year that the tone for the years to come is set and as leading scholar and researcher Arthur Chickering contends, where students become a step closer to realizing development of oneself as a whole. Consequently, the Student Life office strives to ensure that first-year students are offered the resources and support needed for a smooth transition to college.
