Stress is a normal part of our lives. Stress refers to the physical and mental demands that we are faced with. Stress management refers to how you manage those demands. During times of stress it is important to take care of yourself. Establishing a healthy lifestyle that consists of a healthy diet, regular exercise and getting enough sleep will help you deal with stress.
