It may be hard to believe that the end of the semester and your first year of college are quickly approaching. You should be feeling very proud of yourself as you complete your first year.
During this busy time filled with final papers, assignments and exams it is important to get lots of rest, eat properly and exercise to remain sharp for your exams. As you prepare for your final exams it is important to concentrate on doing your best and avoid focusing on what has already occurred and cannot be changed. During the last few weeks, professors may provide hints about what to expect on the final exam so class attendance can be crucial.
You may also find yourself with a very busy social schedule, as campus clubs wrap up for the year and friends prepare to leave for the summer. In order to ensure that you are able to take time from your studies to enjoy yourself, time management is essential.
With final exams ahead, here are some pre-test tips:

Stay balanced and keep a normal schedule, get to bed on time, eat well and exercise;
