Shine Day (Meet at the South Village Residence, 11:30 a.m.)
Shinerama is Canada's largest post-secondary fundraiser involving students at approximately 60 college and university campuses across Canada annually. It is a nation wide campaign that raises money to help fund Cystic Fibrosis research and treatment programs. This campus has participated in Shinerama for 7 consecutive years and this is promising to be the best year ever! Details are still being finalized; however, we plan to meet outside of the South Village Residence at 11:30 a.m. and then form groups to visit a variety of locations throughout the community to have some fun and raise money for this worthy cause. www.shinerama.ca

Pre-game Party (Shagwells on the Ridge, 10 p.m.)
Get your game face on! Join us at the Pre-game Party at Shagwells on the Ridge in the Campus Ice Centre as we get ready to cheer on the UOIT Ridgebacks! There will be food specials and other festivities all night.
Blue and White Game (Campus Ice Centre, midnight)
Be sure to join us for the first ever Blue and White game. Come celebrate the end of Orientation Week and get a sneak peak at the 2008 UOIT Varsity Men's Hockey Team. The Blue Crew will be on site selling t-shirts and other Ridgeback swag. For $10, you can purchase a Blue Crew shirt and receive all the privileges that come with membership. The puck drops at midnight. Be there - this is one event you do not want to miss!
