Letter request form

In order to apply to renew your study permit or temporary resident visa, you must submit a Letter of Enrolment with your application to Immigration proving that you are currently enroled as an international student at Durham College. These letters are available only at the International Office UA 2043.

In order to receive a Letter of Enrolment, you must present the International Office UA 2043 with the following:

• an International Office registration form (available in UA 2041)
• copies of your current passport, study permit, and temproary resident visa
• a completed letter request form (this link will open in a new window)
• Durham College student ID card

You will be unable to order a letter if one or more of the following applies:

• you have a hold on your student account (i.e. outstanding fees owing, etc.)
• the International Office does not have copies of your valid immigration documents
• the International Office does not have a current registration form completed by you

Letters are printed and available for pick up from the International Office on Friday of each week. Letter request forms must be submitted on Thursday before 12:00 p.m. in order to be processed the following Friday. Any letter request forms submitted after 12:00 p.m. on Thursday will be processed on Friday of the following week.
