In a news release to be issued tomorrow, Durham College will publish its latest Key Performance Indicator (KPI) ratings. The ratings will show the satisfaction levels of students, recent graduates and employers, plus the success rate of Durham's 1999 grads in finding employment.
KPIs have a profound effect on colleges and college funding. For the 2000-01 fiscal year, the Ontario government has allocated a portion of its funding to colleges based on their individual ratings for graduate employment, graduate satisfaction and employer satisfaction.
