Dr. Gary Polonsky to inspire graduates at his last Fall Convocation as president

OSHAWA, Ont. - Close to 500 Durham College graduates will take the stage at the 2005 Fall Convocation to realize their educational goals as faculty, staff, family, friends, and members of the community applaud the tremendous success of their efforts.

Dr. Gary Polonsky will deliver an inspirational message to graduates at his last Fall Convocation as president before his retirement in 2006.

Diplomas and certificates will be presented in the Durham College Gymnasium, and will highlight the achievements of students in the programs of: Public Relations, Communicative Disorders Assistant, Practical Nursing, 911 and Emergency Response, Office Administration, Early Childhood Education, Personal Support Worker, Addictions Counsellor, and more.

When: Thursday, October 20, 2005
4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Gymnasium, Oshawa campus, 2000 Simcoe Street N., Oshawa

Parking: Enter the campus off Conlin Road and proceed to Founders Lot 3.
