Registration is underway for the new season of Summer Shorts, a unique workshop-style learning experience geared towards students ages 13 and over who are curious about exploring an interest in the creative industry.
Workshops are mini-versions of the full-time program offerings in the Durham College schools of Design and Communication Arts.
Students will work on campus in state-of-the-art studios with the latest software and tools. Teachers are full-time faculty or senior students and the learning environment is fun. No tests, no grades, small classes, great teachers and new friends all combine to make an exceptional summer experience.
New this year is a Photojournalism series and a Graffiti Art workshop. Register early as the always-popular Animation, Games, Moviemaking, Drawing, Painting and Photography workshops fill quickly.
